After speaking with several contractors in the area, we chose to work with Concrete Kid on removing our old, large, asphalt driveway and replacing it with concrete. We chose Nicki and her crew because the specifications she offered were as good or better than other contractors who charged a great deal more. She always responded promptly to calls, answered all of our questions, and assured us that she would provide a very high quality product. She absolutely delivered. Her crew was prompt and professional, and the final result is beautiful, and exactly what we were looking for. Nikki is the consummate professional. We were seeking demolition of our asphalt driveway, 3,800+ sq ft, and a new concrete driveway. It bums me out to write this because Nicki is a very kind person, but the worst decision I’ve made this year was trusting Concrete Kid to pour my concrete patio. It took multiple months for my project to finally be completed and it’s still decent at best. Great people, but the professionalism and quality of work truly isn’t there. Between the repeated mistakes, the constant excuse making, the crew smoking weed in our yard, the friends peeing in our neighbors yard, the amount of times I heard “we’ll be there tomorrow”, etc. etc. and the list goes on. My patio is already cracking, it’s poorly stamped, it’s improperly graded (water pooling and going toward my house), and has a finish that looks terrible. Again, very nice person, but this is not a professional company. Consider any of the other top rated concrete contractors in the area.

Nikki Moore was wonderful to work with. Our driveway project wasn't huge but it had some challenging features that created concerns for me. They certainly aim to please and please they did. We couldn't be more happy with a job well done. As soon as it stopped raining they were there the next day, and finished the day after.
